I found this gem (shop, juice, bar, yoga studio) during a travel stop to look for a quality cup of coffee while driving across I86. I was immediately greeted with friendly service with a smile and knew that fresh juice is what I needed.. My go-to favorite juice combo is on the menu, but if it wasn’t, I could’ve had it custom-made. The shop, juice bar, and the juice lounge were very inviting…. A chill vibe. After a pleasant conversation, I was not surprised to hear that this place was independently owned by a person who is very detail oriented as far as aesthetics and ensures a cleanly comfortable environment for regulars and drop-ins.

Yoga body shop is such a great yoga studio! All the employees are kind and helpful. During my first class, they took the time to help me with different poses and talk me through the whole class. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try hot yoga and decompress! They also have great smoothies and juices!

The staff were so welcoming for my first time coming and made me feel so comfortable. They also have amazing smoothies! The classes that I have been to have all been amazing and some of the best workouts I have been to. I always leave feeling so refreshed! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a yoga class!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is! I have been coming to yoga body shop for over 10 years. I am grateful for the instructors and the facilities at this studio. I have grown in my practice and as person and also met some amazing people. I highly recommend coming to classes here, a first-timer is welcomed and encouraged, a seasoned yogi is challenged and guided. A welcoming place for all.

This is a great yoga studio with excellent instructors. However, one of the instructors took pictures of a friend during a hot yoga session. When she politely reached out later to express her discomfort and requested that the photos be deleted, the instructor refused. Yoga studios should be safe spaces, and clients' boundaries, especially regarding photography, must be respected. I sincerely hope this policy is reconsidered and improved.

I have been a loyal customer of the yoga body shop since they opened many years ago. At the time, I didn't know much about yoga, but the instructors' are amazing at explaining poses and breathe integration, which has allowed me to learn and get stronger than I ever thought possible (both physically and mentally).
