I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to the worker that opened Saturday morning! He went above and beyond to help me switch to a new phone, spending a good hour or two making sure everything transferred from my completely dead phone. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he took the time to find me the best deals, which I really appreciated. I spent about $460, but I bought a new phone, accessories, including port, case, and protector. I also got insurance and paid for my first month of service. So if was a pretty good deal. I got a $440 phone for only $149, so now I own the iPhone and don't have to worry about payments every month. It was a pretty sweet deal.

The absolute WORST store! Do not go here. They are a a Victra location which apparently is privately owned, whatever the case they will promise you one thing, such as in my case a trade in promo credit but when the bill came no such credits mind you this was promised in 7/2024 and as of 1/2025 no credit promo applies. They basically stole my trade in phone with no reimbursement.

I purchased two prepaid international SIM cards on the 4th of this month at your store between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. I already had a mobile phone, and the store representative helped me with the setup. I then decided to purchase one additional SIM card, which the representative also set up.

During the payment process for the extra SIM card, I initially received a confirmation via text message stating that the payment of $89.42 had been approved. However, a few minutes later, the representative asked me to insert my card again, claiming the payment had not gone through. Trusting his judgment, I made a second payment.

Normally, I receive a text message when a payment is either approved or rejected, but I didn’t receive any notification of a failed transaction. After returning home, I realized that the first payment had indeed gone through, resulting in two payments of $89.42 being approved.

As I now have three payments approved (two for the additional SIM card), I would like to request a cancellation and refund for the duplicate payment. I’ve attached a screenshot of my text messages as proof.

Since I am currently back home in Korea, I am unable to visit the store in person. Please let me know how you can resolve this issue.

They are scammers and I’ve never experienced a store that is so consistently rude to customers and provides such terrible service in my life. Make sure to read the reviews before visiting this place.

After purchasing an iphone, they falsely claimed the ipad and apple watch were gifts. However, I later found out online that each device came with its own plan fee, and additional charges were added, resulting in a monthly bill far higher than expected. At the time of purchase, the staff never mentioned that plans would be added for the ipad and apple watch. So I returned the ipad and watch two days later. And when I asked about the $160 tax I paid at the time of purchase for those two devices, they assured me I’d get a full refund within a few days. Instead, I got just $0.95 back. They lied.

On top of that, whether intentionally or by mistake, they canceled an unrelated phone promotion after I returned those devices. And even the trade-in discount I was supposed to get when buying the phone wasn’t applied either yet. When I contacted customer service, they apologized and reinstated the discount.

The main issue is that the store now refuses to refund the $160 for the iPad and Watch. Customer service told me I’d get a full refund and to visit the store, but when I did, the manager(he‘s being rude all the time and need to undergo employee training again btw) aggressively said he thinks I misunderstood lol and the other staff said everything was recorded on CCTV, so I’d need to verify it with the employee who handled my purchase. When I asked when that person would be working, he changed the story again and said the employee had transferred to another location and I’d need to go there instead LMFAO

This is beyond ridiculous. It’s clear they’re all in on this scam together. If you need to buy something, just go to different store or order online please!!
