Although I haven't attended in-studio yoga classes in a while, I do use the on line library and do yoga at home. You can't beat the price for this service! I look forward to some day returning to the studio. Great job, Audrey, with the on line classes! I also recently had an appointment with Dawna for 2 massage services, and as always I was most happy with the results! Everyone at Universal Wellness is wonderful...I can't say enough good things. Keep up the great work!

I love and respect yoga because of all its mind, body and spiritual benefits. I always want to encourage others to start their yoga journey because it is the fountain of youth and wellness for any age. I do all types and levels of yoga which all have their focus. At Universal Yoga Center, you have a variety of classes to experiment according to your goals. I love Audrey's class on Saturday. She is LMT certified which brings body knowledge to the class along with a safe practice. Also, she has many certifications and is always learning new info to share with others (special workshops). Finally, Audrey is a caring person who makes all feel welcome. At the beginning of class, she always asks,"Is there a part of your body that is speaking to you? "
She will then structure her class accordingly. I have never had a yoga teacher ask for student input. Bravo!
I look forward to Saturday morning yoga because it is my weekly massage for a fraction of the cost. It is so refreshing for your body, mind and spirit!

I had a very relaxing time at Universal Wellness. The massage therapist really worked out the kinks in my neck and shoulders. I came out of my appointment feeling like Gumby I felt so good. If you are debating getting a massage as part of your wellness plan then I would suggest the debate is over. Choose yourself! I have already been telling my friends about this place and that they should make an appointment, so well worth it. The facility was clean and spacious. I loved the background music and scents in the room. Such a great experience. I will be returning in the future.

I have taken several yoga classes in the past, including in other states. Spinal Unwinding with Audrey is by far the best class I have ever experienced anywhere. Audrey is very knowledgeable about the human body and often explains the benefits of specific movements and sequences, which helps me in my practice. I have taken Spinal Unwinding for about a year, and, amazingly, she comes up with new poses and movements at almost every class, it is never boring.

Unbeknownst to many, yoga practice can be quite treacherous if a teacher or a student pushes themselves into pain and discomfort, - then bad injuries are not uncommon. This would never happen with Audrey who always emphasizes "do no harm." She encourages her students to balance out challenges with their limitations, so the result is a gentle yet definitely significant progress over time.

Her classes are both relaxing and re-energizing. The studio space is also pleasant and inviting, which is very important to me. I am never even aware of time during classes, it seems to go by so quickly, and I always look forward to the next class, never forcing myself to go.

Katie gave me an amazing massage! She just knew where my “angry” spots were and calmed them right down. She has a great personality and is so easy to chat with and of course does an amazing job! Every time I’ve been to Universal Wellness I have a wonderful experience. The space is decorated beautifully, and everyone is personable and professional. Yesterday I had an amazing Reiki session with Dawna and I feel so good! She has the most calming energy and I was able to relax immediately in her presence. She is such a gifted healer!

I love Universal Yoga Center! I have been practicing yoga at home for many years, but wanted to be connected with a studio. From the first class that I attended I was warmly welcomed and the workings of the studio explained. The space is beautiful and peaceful. Audrey sets an intention for the class, checks in with her students, and supportively guides you through the practice. I love the way I feel at the end of a class - completely relaxed and renewed in mind, body, and spirit. I highly recommend Universal Yoga Center!

I started taking yoga classes at Universal Yoga Center only a few months ago. I have degenerative disc problems as well as poor range of motion in my hips. In the last few months I have already felt improvement in my movements, all because of Audrey's care, compassion, and understanding of the body. She addresses our issues in class and encourages us to perform at our own abilities, truely Yoga for Every Body!

July 2020: I had a deep tissue massage last week and a neck massage today with Audrey. Both of these appointments were done with the upmost care and professionalism for my physical well being. In addition, the protocol to follow laid out by the studio made me feel very safe and comfortable. The massage room was spotless and everyone was wearing masks, as well as my self. There were signs up in the studio as reminders to wear masks and social distance. Appointments were scheduled so there was not any waiting or gathering in the studio, another positive toward concern for the studio's patrons. Universal Wellness is definitely a 5+ star business for its professionalism, massages therapy, and dedicated concern for everyone.
