Our event was a huge success! I was looking for something fun and competitive for my son’s high school baseball program as we start the season. Our program has grown to be twice as large as in years past, so I wanted to bring the sub varsity and varsity teams together to work on a service project/team building activity. “Build a bike” was an easy and fun way for the boys to work as team along with giving back to their community. I would HIGHLY suggest this activity for your next event!!

We worked with The Leaders Institute to hold a Serve Day for our apartment residents across 6 communities in 4 different states on the same day. The process could not have gone more smoothly. We did the Build-A-Bike activity and received nothing but amazing feedback from our teams and residents on the instructors and organization as a whole. We will definitely be working with them again in the future and are so grateful for all they did to help make our event such a success! Big shout out to Brett who led the charge. Incredible Team-Building Experience!

The Leaders Institute facilitated a Build-A-Bike session at Fullsteam’s Ignite 2025 Sales Kickoff for 200 participants, and it was the perfect way to kick off three days of content! As our first program in the session line up, it set the tone for collaboration, energy, and engagement. The fun and competitive nature of the event was an ideal fit for our sales organization, and Kelsey Greenwood did an outstanding job leading the session. Seeing the kids receive their bikes at the end melted everyone’s hearts—a truly unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience. This was the first time my group did anything like this, and we weren't sure what to expect. I can say that it was absolutely amazing. Toby was awesome and had some surprises in order for us to build these bikes. Toby was able to get children to the event and kept everyone engaged. I would highly recommend this team building event, it truly built a bond with the whole team.

Our company held its all-hands Town Hall meeting to discuss accomplishments, highlights, and priorities for 2025. We partnered with The Leaders Institute for a Build-A-Bike onsite session, where our employees broke into small groups for a fantastic team-building and friendly competition experience! Led by Kelsey Greenwood, a high-energy and engaging facilitator, our teams built ten bikes for a youth nonprofit. It was a rewarding experience that highlighted our commitment to volunteerism and charitable giving, which are core parts of our company culture. Highly recommend this program for anyone interested in a worthwhile activity!

This experience was so much fun and our team had such an amazing time. Our facilitator, Debbie, was so patient with our group and lovely to work with from start to end. I've done a lot of team building activities and this was by far, the best. I would highly recommend The Leaders Institute for your next team event!

We worked with Kelsey @ The Leader's Institute to coordinate a Build-a-Bike event for 350 people. Kelsey handled everything beautifully and the event was a huge success, netting 22 bikes for children in Atlanta! Despite some bumps in the road due to weather, Kelsey partnered with us every step of the way to ensure we had what we needed despite our unexpected weather challenges. SO many of our attendees felt that is was very impactful to start our kick off event with the Build-a-Bike activity. Would definitely recommend!
