The Judge Group is excellent company to work. They care about their consultants. I’ve had the wonderful experience working with Rosana Roza for the past 5+ years. She will go the extra miles to find the client that best fits my skills. Even after leaving the company she maintained a positive and professional relationship by assisting me in my next career move through advice and recommendations. She even helped me in negotiating my next target salary although I was not working for them anymore.
I would highly recommend The Judge Group to anyone. Great staff, great company with great people.

I can truly say being a part of The judge group has been the best experience of my life. I have a strong bond with the team they all care Jason by far is my absolute favorite he is the best motivator believes in you when you stop believing in yourself responds if he gets straight to the point he handles with every possible situation in scenario thinks outside of the box is absolutely outstanding he definitely deserves a raise cowboy tickets and whatever else he wants he deserves it ! A Recruiter contacted me and asked me to provide my date of birth and the last 4 digits of my social security number. He said it was required in order to put in my application... If you've ever applied for a job, or talked to a recruiter, then this should immediately raise some red flags.

Executed a contract and never initiated a start date. Delayed the start date for weeks by constantly going back-and-forth on different potential start dates but kept delaying as the target start date was days away. Waste of time. Also, even with an executed contract, a notice of recision or contract termination was never sent. This is an unethical business.
