New hotel with fantastic layout and extremely courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with fireplaces and patio access. Breakfast was provided each morning with several options, perfect a snack before a day in the hills. Nightly wine tasting and convenient walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and located a short drive from countless wineries. Dayton is an amazing up and coming spot, terrific value, and world class dining. Highly recommend.

The Merchant Suite was a beautiful room for our wedding night. The staff was so friendly and welcoming; they left us gifts in the room. Food was delicious and brought up to us every morning.

My husband and I stayed at The Inn at Dayton for an overnight trip to celebrate my birthday and get a little break from the kids. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. The hotel is located in a historic Harris building in the heart of a super cute town. It's clear that whoever designed and renovated it put incredible thought into every detail. High-end, modern comforts while still beautifully preserving elements of the original structure. We stayed in the Heritage Room, which had soaring ceilings, completely updated interior and luxe furniture, and amazing blackout curtains that made for the best night’s sleep. The windows were completely soundproof with no street noise at all.

We also loved the thoughtful touches: complimentary wine tastings, a welcome treat of local caramels, plush robes and slippers, and delicious complimentary breakfast delivered right to our room.

The new Inn at Dayton feels like it's going to be the place to stay when visiting Oregon wine country. We’re so happy we discovered it and can’t wait to come back!
