I first met Menhati early into my pregnancy with my second child and I am forever grateful to the Universe for sending me such a Light and strong support during such a difficult time. Her spa is an absolute sanctuary– a beautiful oasis from the world. You just feel the peace as soon as you hop out of the uber, park the car, and step through the door. She also carries the most amazing products. I have told her countless times that we need more– more of the world needs her energy.

When I first googled the Breath Is Life Spa, I realized how centrally located it was. Menhati is right in the heart of New Orleans because she IS the heart of New Orleans. There’s so much I can say about Menhati and her team. Even before I say a word, she can intuit areas where I am having problems which the Bodyscan always confirms. Although we were in a pandemic and the world was locked down, she didn’t miss a single beat. She journeyed with me through a challenging pregnancy and beyond.

From Gestational Diabetes, to Preeclampsia, an Induction, Postpartum Healing, Breastfeeding woes, Family Nutrition, Infant massage/care, Breathwork, Energetic Healing Work (Healing Touch), and just straight-up positive energy and prayer! She is the support that every Mother, Father, Woman, Man, and Child should have. Menhati is a Life Doula. She is truly a Holistic Practitioner and Master of this thing that we call Life. Even though I have since moved to a different state, Menhati’s reach remains. I love it when she travels to my city and she still continues to support my family from near and far.
