Awesome staff!! I had to give a hair sample for a drug screen for employment and had went to a previous place where they tried to take 2 inches from the top of my head down to the scalp... absolutely not. I left and came here. They were friendly and helpful and took the appropriate amount from sections on the under side of my hair. Thank youuuu for helping an old lady out and staying a little later.😀

This was the most quick and efficient drug test I've ever taken. The facility was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were knowledgeable and professional. I stopped by on my lunch break, worried it would take forever, but I was in and out in 30 minutes. The young lady that did my test was super friendly and kind. The process was different from what I'm used to so I appreciated her clear instruction. I'd be happy to test here again!

This is a completely opposite experience in the best way possible compared to the other drug testing facility I went to. The staff is friendly and professional, and the amount of time to be called back is way shorter and more efficient than what I’m used to. I would totally recommend when having a choice in where to go when you test, go here. It’s totally worth it and such a better experience.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR COVID TESTING!! We initially chose this business because they advertised a quick turn-around so we $150.00 to have our son tested for COVID and get fast results. Meanwhile my Wife and Daughter were later tested at a free site and received results about 26 hours after testing. As I write this, it is now over 41 hours after testing and we still have no results, the site is closed for the next 3 days, and when we called to ask about the turnaround, we were told "It's 24 to 48 hours after the lab gets the sample" (which btw, didn't get to the lab until the day after they took the sample). Save your money and go somewhere else.

While the employees/facility was extremely nice I'm pretty disappointed in my experience with the hair portion of the hair drug test. I have braids, and the girl who cut my hair assured me that I would be fine (as they were only going to need a little hair).
As I was taking out my braids recently literal chunks of hair were falling out! I think it should be apart of training to learn how to cut different hair types. Had I known this would happen, I probably would've requested to cut the hair needed on my own.

Facilities is nice and sophisticated. Also had cold, room temp and hot water available to those who can't just use the bathroom on command which i thought was cool. They also have friendly staff.
