I have loved being a client at Synergy Berea for several years but I won’t be back. I went there for pre op conditioning before my knee replacement. As always the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. After my surgery on 4/3/25 , I had in home PT and then was sent to Lifeworks for after care. I agreed to this because the Southwest Hospital service van picked me up and dropped me off as I couldn’t drive. I then get a bill from Synergy for $140 ! Unreasonable. I always paid my co-pay. I consider the staff not only my therapists but friends. I’ll miss them.

This is the absolute best group of therapists out there. They have helped me stabilize, reduce pain, and taught me how to manage my chronic issue at home. They’re hands down the the most knowledgeable group.

I had been suffering severe pain and weakness in my right leg for almost 2 years. I went from doctor to doctor. All they offed me was a handicap permit, a Cain and or a walker and of course some heavy pain medicine. I had therapy that didn't help very much. Finally one of the doctors sent me here. And that's when the miracle started. They worked with me, they listened to me and they taught me. Today I am pain free and have plans to go hiking in some caverns. The people her are fantastic.

Had therapy at the Willoughby hills location for a torn rotator cuff. Did therapy for 3 weeks with Cara and Kylea and I completely healed and am pain free without a need for surgery. I would recommend anyone go see these amazing therapists.

Great therapists with extensive knowledge in a variety of areas. All the therapists also provide specific therapeutic techniques including manual massage to help improve function or address painful areas. I would highly recommend this PT clinic.

I have been SO PLEASED with the care I have received here! Without exception everyone is kind, friendly and super encouraging. I first went for hip pain and through their caring attention and exercises it is gone! When my orthopedic doctor diagnosed severe arthritis in my knee I went again and my pain is almost non-existent. Obviously, PT doesn't cure arthritis, but it sure has postponed the need for shots and possible knee replacement. I have and will continue to recommend Synergy to my friends!

The Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness therapists took the time to help me learn skills that helped me overcome a pretty serious injury and arthritis. They did this by sharing stretches, exercises and providing me with hands-on care that has given me my mobility back. I am very appreciative for the care I was given and their commitment to helping me improve my mobility.

I will continue to use what they have taught me for the rest of my life. On my first visit, I walked in needing a cane. I am now walking cane free, feel younger and am more mobile than I have been in years. I highly recommend them.
