Spa areas very clean with a welcoming environment. John was very articulate about each treatment area and how it worked. Didn’t feel rushed. While the sauna was wonderful and they gave 45 minutes of use, I had to turn the heat down as it was too high. Provided towels, water and a robe was a really nice touch. The float pool: could be a little warmer. Due to the high salt content, watch your eyes and use the ear plugs & petroleum jelly they give you on any area that might burn. I had to learn the hard way and it cut my experience short.
Loved the pre and post rain shower and tea tree products. Bring shower shoes and any toiletries as needed. Nice big area to get changed after you have been recharged!

Such friendly Staff, very patient & understanding professionals. However their insurance acceptance is extremely limited so have to check first. Maybe Stella Luna can list the insurance that is accepted on the website for clients to find, that would be helpful. The client rooms are cozy, love the tranquil sounds in the lobby. They have a restroom! That's a plus! I love the credentials on the lobby wall. I always recommend this place.

I could not have asked for a better day! I went with our family and did it all. And wow was it needed... We did the float tank (A MUST!) got an amazing massage, spent some time in the salt room, and even got in the sauna. A fully day of services and relaxation. The whole Stella Luna team were amazing, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They made our day perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have done counseling at Stella Luna and was glad when they recently added cool wellness services like the incredible FLOAT TANK!!! (Cannot say enough how transporting it is!) But last week, me and several friends made a day of it and spent hours giving ourselves some love. We spent a lot of time in the salt room and the sauna and then alternated people getting massages and floating. We even got Rune spirit readings, that were completely spot on! It was SO fun! I will continue to go on my own whenever possible, but wanted to share this awesome group experience!

I had a wonderful reiki and sound bath experience with Stella Luna. They are very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. They're very intuitive practitioners. I felt transported during the treatment and like some energy blockages were cleared as I left. Highly recommended them to anyone in the Cleveland area or folx traveling through town needing a refresh.

I wasn’t sure about having my first ever therapy session virtually. It’s been a long time coming and I was finally ready to get some help. I came across Stella Luna through my yoga studio, so my heart was set on them and not finding another. Trisha responded within a day or two of submitting inquiry on their website. We set up our first virtual meeting and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I connected with her. She provides such a sense of calmness, understanding, listening, and compassion. I am so happy with everything so far, and with just 4 sessions later, I already have seen some improvement with my PPD. Trisha is absolutely amazing and I can’t imagine my therapy sessions being any other way! Highly recommended!
