I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this organization. They initially seemed very interested and eager to proceed, asking me to complete multiple steps in their process. This included filling out extensive paperwork, providing detailed personal information, and meeting all their requirements. I complied with everything they asked, investing a significant amount of time and effort to ensure everything was done correctly and submitted promptly.

However, as soon as I provided all the necessary information and completed every task on my end, their communication completely stopped. They didn’t follow up with any emails or provide updates. I reached out multiple times, both via email and phone, to try to get some clarity or even basic acknowledgment, but I received absolutely no response. It was as if they vanished into thin air after collecting my information.

The lack of communication or explanation is not only unprofessional but also highly suspicious. To be strung along like this and then ghosted without any justification feels incredibly disrespectful. At this point, I can’t help but feel like this could be some sort of scam. It’s deeply concerning and has left me questioning their integrity and trustworthiness.

I would strongly caution others to think twice before engaging with them. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.

Said I was guaranteed for a temp job, as in didn’t even need the interview. But they were waiting on a schedule to be made for me to start. That was around 2 weeks ago. And last Thursday, I sent an email to the agent handling my case, asking if there was an update. Still no response, but the job I was supposed to start with posted a brand new job listing over the weekend. She hasn’t responded to my email at all. And I would be sympathetic to maybe she is currently home sick. But in that case, someone should have taken over her communication with clients. You run a service for people who are often in poverty facing potential homelessness, and you are messing with their livelihoods. To be told I had a guaranteed job, and then he ghosted By a professional business That’s ridiculous.

I almost never write reviews, positive or negative, but in this case I wanted to shine a light on the fantastic services I got using Staffing Solutions. I've used employment agencies my entire life- both good and bad- and this is one of the most professional, accessible and downright nicest staff I've ever worked with. They were awesome, and YES I got exactly the job I wanted! That's why I'm writing this. Thank you Nicole and Ali, and everyone else, for all your work! Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience with Staffing Solutions LLC. Five stars across the board. They were able to find me a position which was a perfect match. they challenged me to be the best employee I could be. I would recommend this firm for those candidates that are serious about their career. They were very helpful, providing tips on improving my resume and interviewing skills. You get paid every week which is a huge plus, and all the employees were nice and professional. Thank you Staffing Solutions!!!! Keep up the good work.

I had a really positive experience here with Sam helping me look for positions in my niche line of work. Within a week of my first meeting I had two interviews for jobs I really wanted. Ultimately, I ended up finding a different position through my own searching. Sam did everything he could to match me up to potential employers, but at the end of the day I am the one interviewing. One suggestion I would have for them is that they should notify you when they are going to reach out to your references. I like to give my references advance notice when they will be called, and I was surprised to learn they had been contacted.

Staffing Solutions was the first staffing agency I applied at after moving to the Portland area. I quickly learned that using a staffing agency was going to be the best option to find a job that fit my interests, prior experience and future goals. Sam reached out to me within one day and met in person. He's excellent at his job and you can tell he truly cares about recruiting and the people he helps on a daily basis. I landed a temp job within 1 week and have now just recently landed a permanent position. The company is a great fit and the position is everything I had wanted. Sam Newman and the team at Staffing Solutions had my back during tough times. I spontaneously walked in for an interview in spring 2017, dressed in street clothes and without much preparation, and was kindly greeted and made to feel welcome. I sat down with Sam and went over my resume in detail, clearly explaining my life trajectory and what I hoped to gain from working with a temp agency. As a recent graduate and fresh face to Portland, I was looking to place my confidence in a support network that could help me find work that aligned with my goals.

Sam was incredibly supportive and made me feel like he genuinely cared. My first temp job was a 2 day assignment helping a local business reorganize their accounting files. Afterwards, I ended up landing a job through a personal contact and left Staffing Solutions.

One year later and after deciding that my chosen career field was no longer for me, I was back looking for work and Staffing Solutions was my first stop. I got in touch with Sam, who was friendly and eager to help me out yet again. I told Sam that I was looking to jump into a new career field and wanted to focus on gaining experience to find a better fit.

Shortly after we reconnected, I found myself working back to back temp assignments that exposed me to a variety of workplaces and positions. Each time one assignment ended, Sam was quick to check in with me and see how it went. Sam carefully took my feedback and applied it to his considerations for my next potential assignment. Despite feeling uncertain about my professional future, I was confident that Staffing Solutions could help me get one step closer towards my goals.

After a couple of months, I ended up landing a long-term temp assignment with a small business in NE Portland (with potential to be hired on) and I am certain about working here for several years. I cannot thank Sam and Staffing Solutions enough for considering my professional and personal goals and helping tailor assignments. If I am ever in a position where I need to find new work or decide to switch careers, I would not hesitate to contact Staffing Solutions first.

I highly recommend this organization! I found through honesty, intentionality and a little bit of trust, I was able to feel less anxious about switching careers and finding work. Thank you for all your help!
