Love this place!!! Have had a Reiki session & used the halotherapy cave both alone & during a sound bath. Im now excited for Reiki in the cave!!! This is a very cute place w/a good vibe!!!

I just had my first visit at the Salt den and I can’t wait to book my next appointment. I had the most relaxing and nourishing facial with Michelle. The salt den was more than I was expecting and I think everyone should experience this relaxing and healing experience. The salt den will absolutely be apart of my self love regime.

This was my first experience in a salt den and I was pleasantly surprised. As an allopathic and holistic health care professional, I would recommend trying this. It was grounding, relaxing and calming to my body and mind after recent extensive travel. It was very helpful in clearing up persistent congestion after having the flu several weeks ago.
Everything was clean, neat and appealing. The staff was pleasant, helpful, respectful and very informative. My total experience was truly delightful and I will definitely return.

I went to the Salt Den because I was feeling a bit ill (sore throat and sinus pressure) and left feeling relaxed and like the soreness in my throat was gone. I loved the sound of the ocean waves that play on the speaker while you are there. The zero gravity chairs are so comfortable you can fall asleep. I luckily reserved a time slot where I was the only person in there so it was PERFECT! The receptionist Amanda was very helpful on the phone too when I called to schedule my time slot. I can't wait to go back!

I was definitely skeptical about the salt cave experience but decided to give it a try. I treated my friend for her birthday and went with her. The experience was for just under an hour, and we relaxed in the anti-gravity chairs. We could taste the salt, but not in an unpleasant way. Afterward, we both felt exhilarated and energized. It was such a positive experience that I bought us a 10-session package (you save a lot of money that way and you have a year to use the sessions). Looking forward to more salt cave time!

10/10 experience- first time ever getting cupping done and Paola s was so sweet and explained everything before starting the service. She even did a test cupping on my arm just so I knew what I was getting into before hand. Also the best massage I’ve gotten thus far hands down. Thank you guys so much 🙏
