I love to be pampered and experience new things, Sacred Spa & Wellness provided both! Sacred Spa & Wellness was able to capture a sanctuary inside and out. From the time I pulled into
the staff was warm and welcoming. I was there to experience acupuncture “happy hour” with Dr. Karen. Dr.Karen was gentle and explained the whole procedure. She was attentive and listened to my concerns for my problem areas. I was comfortable throughout the experience and would have stayed the whole day!

I am blown away by Sacred! I have had spa treatments before but nothing remotely compares to my experience here. Everyone was so welcoming, the vibes were IMMACULATE, the space is decorated beautifully and I feel like a whole new person after my day here. Provided with biodegradable under garments and welcomed on to the massage table. It begins. A premice stone is grazed across all areas of your body to scrub away all worries and thoughts from your day. This is a time for relaxation. A soothing mud application follows connecting you back to earth while centering your spirit. Lay back in comfort as you are cocooned in warm wrappings in the purest form of love that you can’t and wont want to get out of. You may dose off, and that is the ultimate embrace of this gift. Gently awaken with your unwrapping and take in the warm removal of insecurities, flaws and expectations. Let them fall as my tears did, renewing your mind, body and spirit. Enjoy the essential oil massage and breathing techniques to prepare for you for your rejuvenated journey.

So overpriced literally 50minutes is $400 and the massage is worse than the type you would get at the mall… They try to scam you because it’s in some barn but it smells bad and the people who work there are very rude… Don’t go here unless you want to be scammed… This woman’s review said it best yet the delete the REAL reviews then post fake ones… do not go here it’s a SCAM

Sacred Spa + Wellness be very weary of this spa. The site is very misleading and be prepared to spend $400 an hour for a massage. I thought I was getting $150.00 -190 an hour massage and at the end I paid $900 total for my wife and I for one hour.
The spa is probably the most beautiful spa I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to spas domestically and internationally. The therapists that worked on my wife and I were very good. The only thing I would say is please be careful picking your treatment the site is very confusing and hard to navigate. I thought I was reserving a $190 a person massage. Once again when I went to pay I realized it was $400 a person. The site was very deceiving. I nearly dropped when I saw the bill. I would have gone to the local spas located in Lake George where I was spending my vacation but I took the 30 min trip to Saratoga thinking it was cheaper. A very big surprise I wasn’t expecting. As proof of what I initially saw on the site there is a picture of what I was supposed to reserve it’s obvious that was the price I reserved.
