The training is very informative, it helps with knowing the type of leader you are and what areas of opportunity you will want to focus on to being a leader who can guide their team to success. With so much diversity in different areas of our life work and personal this training can help you in both. Kelly did an amazing job!! She helped a lot with the DISC Assessment and learning about who I am and how I react to situations was priceless. Kelly Fischer is the real deal, a true visionary. I've been studying about manifestation, dreams and goals and vision boards, but I never really connected the dots until I went through her training. She really breaks down the neuroscience behind creating a roadmap to see where you are and where you need to go and then creating the vision board that is going to remind you of your why and keep you motivated to persist. I am beyond blessed to have met her through her spouse, my coach, Kent Fischer. This family has transformed my life and I am confident they will continue to change the world through their legacy.
