One of the best places in town! And one of the only places to get delish, helalthy, organic food, smoothies, and juices! But the yoga is really where they shine! Wonderful instructors teach many levels of yoga! Very open and accepting of everyone. My favorite part of Root2rise is the personal growth and consciousness is facilitated in my small town. community

I love this place! Download the root2rise app and take a look at what they have to offer.
Yoga at home and yoga at the studio... there's just no comparison. I do both but I have learned that I am much more effective and my time is better spent in a group. Isolation is not good for me. Surrounding myself with like minded people has been good for me. The instructors are some of this area's finest humans...really good, caring and uplifting people.
I enjoy the classes, the challenge... I've been on hikes and paddling adventures with Catherine. There's a massage therapist on site also.
Since starting, my overall well being has improved. My mental health has improved. My neck pain and headaches have improved.
I feel stronger and more centered. I've met many wonderful people in the process. I've learned a lot about myself and I'm enjoying the journey.
All that improvement is not strictly from yoga but it's a big part of it. Diet, sleep and other lifestyle changes combined with the yoga is what's working for me at this point in my life.
I was hesitant at first but I have grown to love it. I almost always leave in a great mood with tons of energy. Trying out other yoga studios is also something I'm enjoying. I know that I can go to any yoga studio in the country and immediately be amongst like minded people. As far as local studios go, this place seems to be the most dynamic. Mpower would be my second recommendation.
Choosing to try something new and immerse myself here has been one of my better decisions. 🙂

Root2rise has the absolute best smoothies and juices, I recommend the oh kale yeah. The salads are delicious and inventive and they are always coming up with new ones. I have enjoyed every yoga class and teacher I have taken. I am new to yoga and the teachers always help to make you feel at ease and help you get through every pose.

Glad I found this great studio! Warm, inclusive atmosphere and very welcoming to this new comer. Great power yoga classes where you can get a good sweat. The juices and smoothies are a delicious added bonus!

This is a fantastic place for any level of experience. I was fairly new to yoga when I started and always felt encouraged and supported. They don't just teach yoga here. They help you grow as a person and build community. I love the instructors, and you will too.

The Bayou area is so fortunate to have a place like Root2Rise. Community is at the heart of everything there, and it shows from the time you walk in to the time you leave. It's not just another fitness club; the owners and staff are innovative, fun, and genuinely interested in helping you to learn and grow in the way that best suits you. There are a wide variety of yoga classes to choose -- from power to chair to kids yoga -- and modifications are offered in all classes to accommodate all levels. In addition to yoga, Root2Rise houses a real-food cafe and juice bar where you can get healthy, fresh grab-and-go meals planned by a registered dietitian to help you maintain optimum health even on those busy days when you don't have time for meal prep. After doing yoga virtually on YouTube and other hubs that offer online classes, I created unreasonable expectations of what a real yoga studio should entail. I found myself pretty disappointed when I began looking for studios to transition my practice from the solidarity of my home to a life-filled studio.
