Whether it’s in person, over the phone, or a text message, we have ALWAYS been greeted with smiling, happy to help attitudes. They have a business to run and a job to do, as any business does, but with Rent A Center Rosenberg, it’s apparent the customer comes first, then business endeavors follow. I am a satisfied repeat customer of Rent-A-Center. Every experience that I've had with them obviously I've been satisfied which is why I am a repeat customer. The salesman are courteous, thedelivery guys are careful with my personal belongings as well as punctual. The entire staff is awesome.

Great when they want you to rent from them, but poor service once you rent to own. My daughter has tried to get her ice maker fixed for two months and nothing has happened but excuses. They don't follow through on there commitment to service.

Love the product I bought, but customer service and the way they run the business is horrible. They said they called both our numbers which have been the same for years and have not changed and said they weren't working. Then showed up at our home when the bill was PAID and has been every time. Very disappointed someone couldn't dial two numbers correctly and had them at our door twice and a few hours with some kind of attitude. Will never do business with them again. Would have gave them a 0, I run a business and that's not how you do things right.
