I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. I scheduled a facial and left without receiving one. When requesting an appointment online, I requested a facial. Upon booking, I booked a facial with a prior consultation to see what facial would be best for my current skin. I even confirmed after I made the appointment that I was scheduled for a facial not just a consultation. I had a giftcard that I was excited to use on a facial. When being put in the room the girl asked if I was doing a consultation or also a treatment, I told her a treatment since my appointment was for a facial. After the another woman went over all the products she recommended I purchase, I asked what facial or service she would recommend for today, AGAIN when making my appointment, I made the appointment for a facial. I was told that that a facial could be done about 2 weeks after using the recommended products. I was extremely confused why we were not talking about recommended facial options for today since that is what I asked for. So basically my appointment today was that I was not allowed to do a facial here unless I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of their product to use first.

I have visited Radiant Divine Medical Spa at a few of their locations and I've always been extremely pleased! My last couple of visits were at the Brecksville location. Everyone there is super friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming! Makenzie is absolutely amazing!!!

Super friendly stuff. Would recommend 100% I’m 31 now so time to have a bulletproof skin routine. My skin has been flawless since my recent visit. I had just gotten microneedling done. They call it the magic eraser. Couldn’t be happier! Extremely professional!

Makenzie and the staff at Radiant Divine are incredible! Makenzie is very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. She is skilled, honest and not pushy. She has help to transform my skin. The girls in the office are amazing and they run great promotions and specials! Go see them, you won’t be disappointed.

Met with Olivia at the Avon location for an initial consultation. She was attentive to my concerns and suggested multiple possible treatments . She took her time with everything and explained all my options to me with time and attention to detail. It was my first visit but certainly not my last. Everyone there was kind and helpful! I can't recommend Radiant Devine or Olivia enough! If I could give 6 stars I would !

I had lip injections done by Olivia! This was my first time doing any sort of skin injection and I was nervous/excited to get it done. I really wanted to enhance my lips, but still wanted the look to appear natural. Olivia listened to my goals for the injections and she told me how to best achieve the desired outcome. She helped me feel confident about getting the injections and I could t be happier with the results! An added plus- Olivia is super sweet and fun!
