This was my very first time experiencing a sound bath, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I’m so glad I do. From the moment the tones began, I felt my body gently begin to release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The vibrations from the crystal bowls seemed to wash over me, creating a sense of deep calm and clarity.

By the end of the session, I felt lighter mentally, emotionally, and physically. I felt a reset. I would definitely recommend this to anyone curious about energy healing or simply in need of a restorative experience. I’m already looking forward to another experience.

My sister and I both traveled to Ohio from Michigan for a healing session of the body /soul retrieval The experience was completely comfortable and exact, it’s been two days and I have a sense of calmness from with in .
