Every Reiki session with Amy is exactly what I need it to be and nothing short of transformative. Her presence is very calming and grounding and she does everything she can to make you as physically comfortable as possible. She creates a safe space for me to feel everything I need to feel and let go of everything I can. Each session with her has been a pivotal and instrumental part of my personal journey of healing- and she gives me actionable steps to practice living in the healed and healthier version of me.

Overall it is a beautiful experience which I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

If I could rate Amy as more than 5 stars, I would! From the moment I met Amy, she radiated the most caring, gentle, and uplifting energy. She was so welcoming and made me feel at ease the moment we started talking. Sitting with her, you just feel like she is someone you have known forever. The reiki session I had with Amy was the most incredible experience I have ever had. I left my appointment with her feeling the best I have in so long. She validated so much for me during my session with her and she lit a fire in me that I haven’t felt in so long. I have already booked another reiki session with her and I’m counting down the days until my next session. If you’ve been curious about Reiki, but have been wondering if it’s really worth it, give Amy a try. She truly is amazing!

Amy's methods helped me cope with and work through trauma I developed from psychological and physical abuse. She gave me the tools I needed to be able to heal. What she taught me helped me overcome the fear and I found myself again, my strength. I wouldn't be where I am today without her. When I am triggered, I am able to recall the training and I am able to work through it myself. The trauma never goes away. But doing the work everyday, little by little, it gets easier to process. Thank you Amy, I am forever grateful.
