Was referred here by another behavioral office for help. Doctor I spoke with sounded knowledgeable and professional and I thought FINALLY I could get help for my husband who is Suffering from deep depression. The minute I said "eating disorder", he dropped me and referred me to 2 other places that DENIED him for ridiculous reasons (too old (73) and didn't accept insurance). Extremely distressing since the "eating disorder" was due to his depression and technically not classified as a disorder. This practice seems good at the onset, but turns out they are very judgemental and particular about who they help, which is shameful.

Our second appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was leaving early on a Friday. The rescheduled appointment the doctor didn’t show up for at all. Front desk staff was clueless & not helpful whatsoever.

Don't bother seeing David Pierce.
Onboarding guy is friendly. Probably only good thing here.

I'm updating my review to 3 instead of 1 star. The practice reached out to me and had me speak with a different person who (so far) has been much better to speak with. We will see how things continue.

My first impression here was not good. There are very few alternative options so I'm trying to stay positive that things will be okay. I will continue to update my review as things move along.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Danielle Beach. I went to her seeking help for my ADHD, specifically because I’ve been struggling with staying on task, keeping appointments, and remembering things—issues that have been disrupting my life. At first, I thought she’d be understanding since this is her supposed area of expertise. But instead of helping me, she turned out to be a greedy doctor who only cares about her bottom line.

Throughout my treatment, I explained how my ADHD was making it hard to manage appointments and stay organized—literally the reason I sought her out. Rather than working with me or offering solutions, she discharged me as a patient because I was having trouble with the very issues I needed her help for! The irony is unreal. How can a doctor claim to treat ADHD and then punish you for the symptoms you’re asking them to address? It’s clear she’s more interested in easy patients and profits than actually helping people who are struggling. Avoid her if you want a doctor with any compassion or competence.

I've followed Albert through 2 different multi-practitioner facilities. He is by far one of the most authentic and genuine physicians out there. He truly does care about his patients and goes above and beyond for them. I've seen a few different practitioners here and there; none of them have given me the same care and attention. He doesn't try to rush you through your appointments and even though he's primarily medication management, he listens to you and what's going on in your life and will offer advice or guidance if you want it. 5 stars isn't enough. We need more physicians out there with his mindset to patient care.

So far I've only had 2 appointments with my provider. And I can safely say that I am happy and comfortable with them. I've had no problems and anytime I've called and had a problem. And it was taken care of the intake process was quick, simple and very easy. It made the transition from one therapist to another Made me feel safe and comfortable and like I was doing something. On my own for the first time That was good.

I only had a few appointments. I had a therapist who I did love, Casey is great but after my experience I was kind of defeated by the whole process. I also had doctor Elma for one appointment whom I paid to see then he never sent my assessment to my family members and continued to ignore my calls asking for him to send- then when I asked to switch doctors he did “approve it” but he never spoke to me or gave me any reasoning why he didn’t send the assessments ( I even checked my family’s email to be sure). Unprofessional and absurd. I understand they have a heavy patient load but the actual office should be monitoring these things. I never switched psychiatrists because it’s expensive and health insurance barely covers mental health which is who other ridiculous topic. I’m very disappointed and you wonder why people don’t choose to do therapy and get the help they need. Reading the reviews is key and I think it is hilarious that all they write is “we look forward to speaking about this in the future” when you know they probably haven’t tried to reach out to any of their former patients.
