Everyone was very efficient and nice. I just came here for the immigration exam it was done quick and super effective. They even called me on a Sunday to let me know my lab results were ready, the results took only 3 days when other clinics would say it would take then 2 weeks. I highly recommend them.

The staff all seemed very nice! Except for Dr Pan. Zhaoyang Pan was distracted, dismissive and rude. After waiting 1&1/2 hours beyond my appointment time, he saw me for at most 10-15 minutes, and then acted put upon and aggreived that I was taking up even that much time. Maybe I caught the doctor on a bad day, but he was not compassionate or helpful, and instead was snappish and abrasive. Not good qualities for a doctor. I could have forgiven the terrible bedside manner if he was at least helpful. He was not helpful. At all. Pretty much any question I had, Zhaoyang Pan either flat out ignored me, or responded with combative rudeness. Which was a bizarre experience to say the least. He became extremely irritated that I would have a question about less expensive medication. Even if his pharmacy next door that he does business with doesn't carry the medication, he could have still politely talked with me and tried to answer or simply say he didn't know -- instead of rudely snapping at me and then avoiding the topic entirely. At one point the situation became weirdly aggressive and I had to explain why I would even come to his practice (it was assigned to me by my new insurance as I recently moved and don't know the new area, though one would think a doctor would want new clients). Another waiting patient (innocently; he was a sweet old man) pointed out to me that I was the only individual present who wasn't of the prevailing ethnic/racial background, so I hope the rushed and rude interaction I experienced with Dr Pan wasn't racially motivated. Again, everyone else was very nice. Zhaoyang Pan was not.
