I’m so for supporting small business and shopping local and have extended a lot of grace here chalking the customer service up to people just having off days. However after my most recent experience I’ve concluded that rudeness, no greetings, short responses, is the energy of the store. I met the new owner and in asking what was his process in cases it changed I was met with the same response.

As a buyer, this location is the worst i’ve been too. There is limited stock, not a lot to choose from and very disorganized. There are no toys for older children and everything is over priced. Things average at $7-10 an item.

As a seller, I came with 5 totes of clothes, much of what was new and new condition, in trend items, including unopened toys, and they bought about 10 pieces and no toys. They also only give store credit. I’m unsure how they even keep in business, it must be the high pricing.

You are better off buying or selling at a further location.

This place is super clean, organized and bright! Kayla's spirit is very welcoming and inviting from when I walked in the door until the time of check out. She informed me of the sales going on and that's good to know! Thanks Kayla for all you do! Nice place, good prices and great selection of clothes for both boys and girls and I have a 6 (girl) and 8 and 9 (boys)! 🙂

When I heard of this place it sounded great all the way around UNTIL my last 3 visits! The pregnate woman there is so rude n unprofessional (not frm pregnacy) I worked up until I was 8 mnts n never was that rude! other workers looked lazy & draggin. No welcome, nor did I get any money bak from giving new dudes, converse n pink nikes! They literally make it obvious they make up there own prices now! So sad!!!

This place used to be awesome but it has really gone down hill. A bunch of rude, miserable women that work in there. They don’t even greet you. I used to be really impressed with the quality of clothes and shoes that would find in here but lately every time I go it’s mostly junk. Shoes are never organized by size properly. Oh and don’t even waste your time trying to sell anything to them. Tried to give me $2.50 for two like new pairs of shoes, I would rather just give them to someone who needs them at that point.
