Monarch is a great company. The client are very nice and appreciated. Monarch is also a company that is very flexible with the shift that fit your availability. I've been working with Monarch 9 months now I love working with my clients we have a family type of bond. Helping them makes me happy that's what I like most the appreciation they give me back. I have been working with Monarch for 1 year and I learned that you need to have Patience. I pretty much enjoy the clients in the houses and my co-workers are reliable and understanding. We have an amazing director she works with our schedule and is very understanding and patient with her staff.

The staff here at Monarch are just remarkable. They listen to me, they cook so well. When I first came I requested Lima beans and rice, one of the caregivers prepared it for me, it was so delicious. The house is very clean and easy to get around. My room is very spacious. I enjoy being able to sit outside front or back and get some fresh air. This is the nicest place I've ever lived.
