Where are these people? They don’t answer the phone, and the mailboxes are full. They aren’t paying people on time (or at all, as the case appears). They illegally switched employees to paper checks (because it’s 1986) and now employees are forced to pay A FEE to access their wages when cashing checks. Shameful, illegal business practices. If you are looking for a local HR firm, keep looking.

If anyone at this firm has access to the time machine known as The Internet to escape the drudgery of the 80s, you are on notice: the next stop is the Bureau of Labor. Don’t think it’s passed notice that you failed to renew your business license in June. Tight ship you are running over there.

I'm an ex-employee with thousands of dollars in a retirement account administered by Magus. I have been trying to change plan information (beneficiary and so on), but their phone is disconnected and they do not respond to email. I contacted Voya, where the plan is held online, and they too have had no luck getting in touch with anyone from Magus. Does this company even exist?
