Came into town from Seattle and always find a wellness center when I travel. Did cryotherapy, red light therapy, and an IV. Before even coming in, they texted me that they adjusted my services so I wouldn't have a wait time, which I truly appreciated!

The inside is very clean and has a nice minimalist atmosphere without feeling "sterile." I was warmly greeted and brought to a separate room for administering the IV. The poke was amazingly painless, needles don't bother me but Natalie's technique was the best of any IV therapy I've had. She is so kind and chatting with her was delightful. The IV lounge was relaxing and had nice soothing music playing. I did the cryotherapy chamber next, was pleasantly surprised it was a head-inside chamber since not many places have that variety. Definitely a bonus! After that I did red light therapy and pretty sure I fell asleep during my 20 minutes.

I feel rejuvenated and was very, very glad I found this place. If I make it to Cleveland again, I will definitely be back.

Every time I go to LYV I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. All the nurses and receptionists are kind and attentive. Courtney, Mara, Rose and Jenna are incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. Normally, I hate getting shots and experience a lot of pain but Courtney was able to minimize the pain and discomfort that I am not afraid anymore. Thank goodness for the ladies at LYV.
