Do not allow your child to use the school based therapy if you want a qualified therapist to help your child. Kiara is inexperienced and unprofessional. On several occasions I communicated issues I was having just for them to ignored and to be disrespected as my sons parent because “she enjoyed spending time with him.” Awful experience.

Been trying to just get someone to answer the phone for 2 weeks, left multiple voicemails. Tried to do a walk in and sat in the waiting room, the front desk had a sign that the person would be right back. After waiting about 30 minutes someone came out to call another patient back and asked who I was there for, I explained I was there to get my son enrolled and she said the front desk person had already left for the day.

I have been seeing Joanne Coppola for years now and I could not be happier with her and the staff. Very thorough and polite. As long as she is there I will not go anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible! Do not use these people! They will not help your child! They will judge your child and you! They will work with other agencies and not inform you what is happening! When the person knew they were not connecting with my grandson instead of finding someone that would they made the situation very bad. Do not use this agency!
