John has taken it upon himself to automatically send both mine and my husband's phone numbers directly to his voicemail every time we call. When i call from a different number i will get connected almost immediately. He is denying us jobs that are available because we have pointed out his conduct. We have called every day about a job and he says there is nothing available. Little does he know we do know people who also work for labor finders and they do keep us informed. They will call in after we have been told all tickets are filled and be given a job most of the time with options of 2 or more jobs to pick from. This is clear discrimination against me and my husband and something needs to be done about John's conduct!!!!!
Update 7/23: he has blocked another number and denied another job. Just had a coworker get a job after we were denied again. Updates will continue!
Response to reply: 1) I have sent the proof to the email yall provided and posted the photos on Google review 2) I did not curse him out I was cursed out by him them Devon Hawkins did call him back and confront him and while there may have been a curse word or two when Devon spoke to him it was in no way cursing him out. It was unprofessional yes but how would you feel if your wife gets cursed out for calling in for a job and asking why our numbers keep getting blocked? The only "threat" I made to this man over the phone was saying we may just need to get lawyers involved.

When the office was ran by Ms. Doris it was very professional and she cared about all of her employees and what do whatever she could to help out and paid you as soon as your job was done wether it was weekdays, nights or over nights, or the weekend. Now it's ran by John and he pays you whenever he feels like it, never answers calls or text messages and if he does he gives you nothing but attitude, and picks and chooses who he wants to give jobs to and if you try to express to him that you feel something he is doing or saying is wrong he will purposely not pay you on time and will keep you from working until he feels like giving you another one. He put me and my wife on a job yesterday and for a company we have been working for for a few weeks now and the last Saturday we worked for them I was paid out the next day at 7 am, and it is now the next day (Sunday) and he is refusing to pay either of us, and is also refusing to answer any of our calls, text, or emails and is also refusing to pay us causing us to now have to leave our hotel room and be homeless for a day even though he knows from previous conversations that the money we make is needed to pay our rent. This is extremely unprofessional and wrong. If someone works hard for you in this hot sun all day you should not treat them the way he treats us and other workers as well. The boss for the job we are working on has even had to call them and chew them out himself for not paying us when they were supposed to and they always have some excuse why they didn't pay and it is absolutely foul like I said to have people working hard for you and you can't take time to make sure they get paid and can take care of needs because you don't feel like it.

So in response to what was said to Devon Hawkins about this office “not knowing” that we worked on 7/13 and the “client contacting you directly” that is untrue we were dispatched by labor finders on 7/9 to work 7/13 so they flat out lied. I am attaching photos of emails sent to both of us on 7/9 by labor finders dispatching us to mavis on 7/13. Enough is enough and something has to be done about employee and management conduct ASAP!!!!! I really hope this can help resolve the issue with the staff and management of this office.

We used Labor Finders personnel for five days and had wonderful workers! We had the same workers return for most days and that really helped with continuity and training less new workers each day. They arrived on time and ready to work. We look forward to using them again for our next event.

Great experience with Jon and Labor Finders. We have a school program that is constantly in need of money. Labor Finders gave us a way to raise funds while doing things that were worthwhile and fun. Our kids enjoyed the experience and Labor Finders cut us a check in a very timely fashion.

The process with this place of business is flawed. You come in to fill out an application, they then tell you to call at a designated time. You then leave a message for someone to text you available jobs.

I've been waiting two days so for them to respond to me about a job. No one said I was ineligible,so what is the problem.

In the event you call to talk to a real person you get hung up on. If you need work badly, I do not recommend this place.
