Staff is great, from the receptionists to the asdistants to the PT doctors. Have been treated by them a couple times for different injuries and have seen great results both times. Staffnis always friendly and personable. Dr Bridget Jordan is fantastic and always willing to answer questions or give suggestions.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident back in May of 2018 and had to do physical therapy for my neck and shoulder. I was skeptical considering this was the first time I'd have to do PT.

The staff at Ken-Ton went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They were always extremely friendly and provided service with a smile. Wait times were minimal, and my therapist Sylbie was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. They always kept me informed with my treatment progress. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak more e highly about the quality of patient care, professionalism of staff the therapists and therapy assistants. Quality of life restored by their individualized patient care that I never thought was possible!! It is a safe, clean friendly environment and look forward to each visit. If I could award 10 stars, i would!!

My PT was Andrew Ross. He was excellent. However out of 4 visits I was in the waiting room for 1/2 hour for one time and in an exam room for 1/2 hour another with no one seeing me. I ended up leaving those times. They had the nerve to call me and remind me I had missed an appointment at which point I said I was there...they said I couldn't have been...until they checked the sign in sheet and realized I was. Not going back.

I would not recommend this facility. Today was my first visit. As I am waiting I noticed a sign stating if you wait 10 minutes or more past the time of your appointment to tell the front desk. That should have been my first clue. Then 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment one of the therapists takes me back to a small room and said my therapist was still with a patient and would be with me soon. There was nothing to read in this little room and you are unable to look out the tiny window in the room...too high up. At least in the waiting area you can look out the windows or read a magazine. After waiting another 15 minutes, totaling 20 minutes now past my appointment time, I decided to leave. I told the receptionist this is not the place for me and couldn’t believe this is how a new patient is treated. I also told her I have gone to other places for physical therapy and never waited this long . At this point I believe the office manager came up front and said she would see me immediately if I stayed. Too little too late. Where was she 15 minutes earlier. I called another physical therapy clinic 5 minutes from KenTon physical therapy when I got home and got an appointment today and when I arrived I was taken before my appointment time. KenTon PT should take note of this and better manage their office. I would not recommend KenTon PT. If you go I hope you are treated better than I was.

Wonderful staff. Kenton is run by an excellent physical therapist, Dr Dorothy Foigelman, who has helped me enormously to deal with chronic back pain. Dorothy and her staff are all extremely qualified, knowledgeable and very, very kind. Amazing group!

Great place for physical therapy. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Andy and student Brigette have been awesome in getting my hand back to 100%. If you need PT, definitely check them out.
