If your business has at least a couple of employees, it is well worth your effort to call them and talk about what they can provide in terms of benefits, HR, etc. That end of business is always a hassle and it is great to have the team at Integrity First taking care of all things HR.

RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS POSTING THEIR RESPONSE*

My opinion, your response shows your lack of care to have proper customer service. You say you don't know who I am and instead of offering to open a line of communication to solve the issue, you essentially brush it off and point to your previous reviews from "actual" clients.

Your "actual" client reviews come across extremely questionable. They give me the impression they are either past or present employees, family members or friends.
All be 1 of your reviews, excluding me, have only reviewed 1 other business and some of those are years apart. If they're not friends, family or employees, perhaps you're compensating for the reviews. None of them come across as genuine and a couple of them certainly come across as coached at the least.
You didn't even care to respond to you "actual clients" reviews until you recieved my review!

You and many other places, lately, would rather be offended and defensive when there's an issue, but never offer any actual communication or apology.
In so many cases, a simple conversation could be the easiest solution and may have turned a one star review to a 5 star review simply by communicating and trying to understand why a customer has the perception they do. It seems customer service is a thing of the past.

Without communication, PERCEPTION quickly becomes REALITY.

Hopefully you take better care of those who decide to use your services. There are way too many other options available for the same services you provide.
