I was referred to this tax service by a friend. I provided the tax person my tax information for a few years back in January 2020. It took him almost 7 months to finally provide paperwork on my returns. After months of waiting, I called the iRS and was told they was rejected. After several weeks of leaving messages he stated he would make the correction. It’s November 2020 and there is still no record on file at the IRS regarding my 2018 or 2019 taxes. The service is horrible.
