I have had the privilege to attend several sound healing sessions with I AM and they've all been incredible! My first experience was when my husband and I did a couple's sound therapy session. It was beautiful. Relaxing yet invigorating; I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing so many new sounds and feelings through their work. These women are passionate about what they do, compassionate for others, and some of the kindest people I've ever met. I highly recommend them, and I hope to soon be able to attend in some of their other offerings!

Ciara has been my mentor for over 2 years now. The number of upgrades and realizations have been too numerous to count! She is wise, kind, accepting, and so full of Love that each encounter I have with her is shear magic! I love her deeply and value her work beyond the stars! Abby has been my yoga/spiritual teacher now for a year and a half. She is fills me with peace and joy as I participate in her offerings! Simply put, life changing. The true authenticity is like nothing else, I attended a retreat and knew my life had been altered in a way that I would never forget. The love and blessings that are cultivated by I AM is a true testament to the thought and effort that goes into all they do. I have had the honor since, to sit in many song circles with Abby, attend events with them all, and follow along their socials, and I am continually impacted and awe struck. When I am unsure of how to help a friend or family member with a situation, I always send th to I AM socials for the best advice and mentorship and so, the ripple continues.
