I trust Hygge with my care and regularly recommend them to those I know and love. The office is relaxed, feels cozy, and welcoming. I started 3 years ago for counseling and have always experienced the staff being professional, understanding, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure myself and others receive the best care, they address everyone with compassion and a genuine desire to help. Stacey has truly created a space that makes receiving care so much easier. I transferred my medication management to Hygge about a year ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have received better care and far more attention from the staff at Hygge than I ever have from any PCP that prescribed my medications previously. I recently ran into issues with one of my prescriptions being on back order at the pharmacy and they were able to help make sure I wasn’t without what I needed. I honestly don’t know where I would be if I had scheduled elsewhere, so many offices seem sterile and lack the type of quality care Hygge provides.

If your on a journey for healing and to discover what/how/why this is the place . I am not an advocate on medication but when you figure out missing links to why your brain responds and How to help it everything starts to become clearer. I did the gene test and for me I gained so much knowledge that will put me on a greater healing path . It all takes time but piece by piece with great care you can begin to feel whole 🙂
I do recommend gene testing ! And just a shout out to Stacy for your expertise on this!

My daughters had a zoom appointment with a provider that was opening her new practice soon. ANDREA JONES HAS BEEN AMAZING FOR YEARS WITH MY KIDS and will continue to be IN HER OWN PRACTICE. They blamed Andrea for canceling while I was waiting for the appointment to start. But really, the new owner wouldn't let Andrea see them. My child is a sexual assault victim and we've all been through horrible trauma for a year now due to this. But apparently this new staff didn't care. We will continue to see Andrea at her new practice. The new nurse was horrible anyways. I miss the old one. This place has turned into a complete joke. You really lost your best provider, and good for her!! YOU GUYS DROPPED A BALL DENYING CARE TO CHILDREN WHO TRUELY CANT LIVE WITHOUT ANDREAS SUPPORT.

Disrespectful as hell. Wouldnt listen to a word i said. I guess anybody in their twenties who has psych ward admits, suciicide attempts, been on every medication., well they wouldnt knkw what medications work for their bodied

The care and experience that I have received in the year and as an ongoing patient with hygge is beyond words. Stacey Antle not only took the time on each visit to listen to me but in all reality saved my life. Even when I was in a time of crisis, she took time out of her day to call me on her lunch break. The staff there are amazing, and I couldn't be more thankful.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Stacey Antle is horrible, and more concerned about lining her pockets then helping people. Stacey talked us into to doing a fairly expensive gene test for our teen age daughter that we were told would help Stacey figure out what medications would work best for her. Once the results were in she prescribed her medication that wasn't even recommended by the test, instead she was prescribed a drug that was heavily advertised through out the building. Pharmaceutical companies are allowed to pay Dr. for "advertising" their products. In less then 6 months my daughter put on 50lbs, which caused self esteem issues. We brought up to Stacey that she seemed to just always be hungry and was now constantly eating what ever was available. Stacey insisted it was not the medication that caused the sudden weight gain and wouldn't take her off the medication. We discussed that my entire house was changing what we were eating and cutting out high sugar and high carb foods, which Stacey didn't seem to agree with. After I left the room Stacey told my daughter that she didn't have to do this if she didn't want to. Stacey has no right to tell my, or anyone else's child they don't have to do things that parents are saying if that don't want to. Needless to say this was our last visit, we went somewhere else that changed her medications, my kid stopped over eating and started getting back to a healthy weight. I am not surprised at that Stacey's whole staff quit, pretty much at the same time, and are working else where now. Makes me wonder what else was going on behind closed doors at this place. Please avoid this place.

I had my first visit today and am extremely happy with my decision to go to Hygge Behavioral Health! I feel like I am finally not only being listened to, but heard! I have great faith that they will be able to help me! It was great not just to be thrown on another anti-depressant that wont work and sent home. Megan had a better understanding of me than any other office I have went to! She took her time, listened to me, asked great questions when warranted and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for the great care!

I’ve been bringing my son here to counseling since the beginning of 2024 I make every appointment and bring him. His father has no involvement. The receptionist refuses to switch the contact info for reminder calls over to my info (his father did have involvement in years past but no longer) we have missed 2 appointments because of this I make appointments 5 months ahead of time. Seems very unprofessional as a business. She sees me make every appointment , she sees me bring my son every single time and still refuses.
