Le han quitado y negado la ayuda a la comunidad hispana, siempre buscan la forma de bloquear el acceso a ciudadanos nacidos aqui, no puedo creer que sean tan discriminatorios al quitar los servicios que por derecho tienen los ninos.

One of the worst centers I’ve seen in Ohio. 0 accountability, for no one answering phones for a whole week while just trying to simply get the status of my benefits card. As a homeless veteran I honestly thought they would help but made the process even worse. I honestly wish I never applied here.

The “front desk” women is completely ignorant and rude and corrects everything you say. Case worker is a complete fool. Adds things to my case writes wrong information on application that isn’t valid. Refuses to answer their phone, let alone it takes forever to call back. My case worker refuses to speak with her client unless an appointment is made ahead of time. Sends information out a day late for a scheduled appointment. Refuses to actually pay attention to when to call not picking the best time for them. Overall rude. I would definitely love to talk to the supervisor of this place. People need help and is wanting help but no one wants to help. It’s a shame I pay for my taxes but can’t even get the little assistance that is asked for.

I have nothing but good things to say about jfs. Receptionist that took over for carol has always been up nice and respectful to me. Yes I know the Caseworker's have been busy but I get a call back the next day.

Very poor service, set up a time for a phone interview and we had to call them to make sure they were in the office. Front desk lady is very rude and condescending. Case worker was very rude and talks down to you and is not helpful. They are some of the rudest people I have ever had to speak with. Honestly they need a complete re-structure and all employees need a class in manners. Deeply disappointed by the employees.

This place is horrible. The case workers never return your calls for at least three of the departments Ive had contact with. I went in since they wouldnt return my calls, and got someone who had no idea what was going on with my case. When she went to ask my actual case worker, I over heard my case worker state I had never even calld in but my call log would lie? They are rude, not good at the job, and have screwed up two of my cases.

They get 3 stars because they do help people. But they are very disorganized for being a government agency. It's bad enough when you're in a place where you're struggling so much you need to reach out for help for the sake of your kids, but then for the people operating everything to continuously mess up, fail to follow through, mix up or lose items you submit- it's unprofessional in that regard. Maybe they are just seriously overworked, but there should be a way to do things that doesn't involve so much time wasted while you're hurting and their making mistakes.

My disability, financial aid and food stamps, never show up on time. It's supposed to be the 8th of every month if not sooner. But today is 2-8 and I still don't have it. And the people working are rude when they talk to you on the phone, if they answer at all.
