Amazing hotel! The team are super friendly, the rooms are spotless, the food is really tasty and the location couldn't be better. Great quality for the price.

We stayed in room 203 for one night before our flight from Barcelona, and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I expected an economy-class hotel, it should still meet reliable 3 -star standards; unfortunately, this hotel falls far short. I would rate it no more than 1 star. The room is outdated and desperately in need of renovation, with dead mosquitoes on the walls and furniture that looks at least 30- 40 years old. There was a persistent bad smell inside the room, and the old air conditioning unit was noisy, making it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, there was mold residue in the bathroom, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. The mattress and pillows were utterly disgusting, resulting in a sleepless night. I requested a room change after stepping into the room, but I was informed that no other rooms were available, despite having booked this hotel 30 days in advance. Moreover, the pictures on the hotel’s website are severely misleading; the actual room is a complete different from what was advertised. When I raised these issues with the front desk staff, their only response was a half-hearted "sorry," with no offer of compensation. This is unequivocally the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere—it's simply not worth the any price .

Absolutely awful experience. DO NOT BOOK this place. Rooms smell like pure sewage and smell worse every morning, the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation, noise and loud scraping noises at 6am!! Rude people stay there, children making moaning sounds at us 2 days in a row! Bedrooms are not clean at all, and you have no duvet so it’s freezing. We walked around the room in shoes or our feet would be so dirty. Pool is freezing and such unhelpful staff no one helped us find the pool. Shower sprays outwards all over to bathroom floor and is obviously not regularly cleaned.

Delicious seafood and meat, the hotel is close to the sea, clean rooms, pleasant staff. A new menu every day, a spacious room with a TV and a shower. A good vacation for the affordable price. This place was just the epitome of 'okay'. The food was mostly rubbery and odd, so I had to stick to bread and gerkhins the entire week. The reception was friendly enough, however there was a rude young waiter giving all the English looks and talking about them. The room was decent, except on the 2nd day a foul smell came from the bathroom, which I'd say 90% of the other people on our school trip also noticed. The room had mould in the bathroom and in some areas it was obvious it had been painted over. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you're going to eat.

11 family members stayed for my wedding weekend and they all said the same, the staff was highly unprofessional, no smile and very cold. It is the worst 3 stars they have stayed in, their only advantage is closeness to the beach but the establishment is in serious need of renovation and staff that actually understands what it is working in Hospitality. 1/10

I went on a school trip to Barcelona, I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The room size, staff and bathrooms were alright but the food was horrendous. I'm a muslim and there wasn't much halal options so I had to stick with pasteries for breakfast (which were ok) as well as eggs which were cold and not very well cooked. The food was cold and undercooked/raw, a few of my friends and I got food poisoning because of this chicken dish on the last day. The neighbors were sometimes annoying, there was this awful smell coming from someone's room and outside one of my classmates room which caused them to puke. This hotel should really improve on the facilities and the quality of food because I don't want anyone to experience what I and my school experienced.
