People are very rude and inconsiderate here. I went for a pre-employment. I sat in this little box for a hearing test for a half hour because the equipment wasn’t working correctly. After doing the test 4 times and feeling a bit claustrophobic, they finally got it to work. When I got out I said it would be nice if your things worked the way they were supposed to. They said I was having a communication problem!. I needed a chest X-ray and could not get one because the one person that could do it called in sick. They said I’d have to come back another time. I explained I was already missing work and could not make it back. They said it’s not their problem and basically too bad for me. Huh, really?. Might be nice if someone else could do X-rays as well instead of depending on just one person. To top it off, the nurse argued with me about prescriptions I take. I just can’t believe they can treat people like that. I’ve never been looked down on or had people act so inconsiderate to me the way they did. They really need to take a step back and start treating people like human beings. Sorry, but you people at Healthworks need to get your things in order.

Brought my brother in law in for a 9am appointment. At 10:00 I went in and he’s still sitting in the waiting room!! I have my own appointment at 11 way across town!! Tells me they had walk ins!! Those should be taken 1st if it is an emergency situation such as respiratory distress, heart attack, broken bones, profuse bleeding!!!! What kind of a practice is being run here? After I went in an bitched they got him in a room. It is now 10:44 and I am not going to make my appointment!! This place is a joke!!! Do not recommend them!!!!

I’m supposed to be going here soon for pre employment testing... I’m afraid to after reading the reviews!! If I heard someone say she can’t wait for a window to get fixed so she don’t have to deal with patients I’m going to call her out on it!!! If someone is rude to me I will be asking to speak with the owner..although the owner seems to back up his staff and defend the bad behaviors . I will be reporting back and if I do get treated badly you can bet your next paycheck I’ll be reporting to health dept, news four, seven and channel 2 and whoever else I want. I will be collecting evidence too. I can record my experience.
This world is hard enough, let alone having to deal with poor to bad customer service. If you cannot provide excellent customer service then it’s time to find a new job. Period. I’m in that field and I LOVE my job. I Love to be kind and make someone’s day. I feel what I do helps me stay positive as well.

Ok I had my appointment. The front desk staff were wonderful! Very friendly. The waiting room clean and temperature was perfect. The only problem I had was with the male nurse. I went there to do a drug screen for a new job. I was instructed to fill cup to the line.. I wasn’t able to as I have kidney failure and I have nephrostomy tubes. So what the sob did was he poured my urine out and said maybe I can get a hair test approved. Instead of having me sit and drink more and add to the sample I had. I’m sorry but hair test go back years and I would fail because I inhaled at a party a few years back!! Plus I don’t have a lot of hair as it is due to all surgery I’ve had. So I called the new job and got another appointment scheduled for first thing in morning to get my first morning urine bc that would be more than enough. I went in and I had a very nice female I nurse and I had more than enough urine.. everything was perfect. I’ll just take one star for the idiot who threw out my urine the first time.. in fact he should have to pay for my gas since I had to come back! I’m unemployed and I can’t even pay my electric bill let alone extra gas bc of a foolish mistake on his part. I wanted to scream I was so upset. But the rest of the staff were Amazing and helpful and friendly. I didn’t feel pre judged at all. I didn’t feel uncomfortable waiting to be called. I only waited 7 minutes the first day and 2 minutes the second day.

This office is a disgrace. From the Receptionist who couldn't seem to be bothered 🙄 saying loudly that she can't wait for the windows to be fixed so she doesn't have to deal with patients standing there to the extremely strange DR who smelled funny was disheveled and kept singing and preaching about God and telling me stories about his wife..I was brought in to check on a concussion I had sustained and a problem with my neck (which I've previously had surgery on) shoulder and arm and he didn't even ask how I felt, any symptoms, what arm is my dominant one NOTHING just gave me drugs and told me not to take them as packet describes but how HE describes! He then informed me he can't clear me on "Driving" as comp doesn't care how I get to work.. then returned me to work WHERE I DRIVE! Left and immediately went to Excelsior where they couldn't believe how I was treated and rewrote work restrictions ordered MRI, physical therapy and mental therapy for the trauma of being hit by a car going 55mph.. I'm not sure who is in charge of your staff but this Dr needs his own evaluation. Don't assume were all coming into "Play the system" Some of us are highly educated and have great jobs! I am reporting this facility and this Dr.

Other than some longer than expected wait times, I've never had any problems. Dr. Costanza is the best for DOT physicals and has a great singing voice.

I will not come back to health works anymore the doctor did not help at all for my back pain. I am going to a new doctor that a friend told me to see over health works doctor. The doctor just was not helpful at all to me. The doctor I see was dr. Costanza. I will be cancelling my next appointment that than made for me.

I've had nothing but problems with this company. They pre-judge you before you even produce a specimen. Super unprofessional as well.

Slow and hot in the waiting room. Unprofrsional to say the least. It seems to be intentionally unpleasant. You go here because you have to I guess.
