For the past 2 months I've been trying to get a bill taken care of and all I get is the manager/higher up is working on it and I will be getting a follow up call from them. I specifically expressed concern about it going to collections and they say that im fine because they have communication documented. NOW, I get a past due notice even though i'm the one trying to get it taken care of with no luck due to this office. Very frustrated unfortunately.
