Unfortunately this organization has providers working for them who have very colorful outlooks on anyone different than themselves.
This provider has many public posts that would be harmful to certain clients whome they "specialize " in helping. It seems as though they are unable to tell the difference between science,political opinion and an actual dignoises.
It's important to note I filed a complaint for similar behavior which resulted In letter being placed in thier file for the next year. However the behavior has continued and seems to of worsened.

I think this organization is wonderful. I've been seeing a counselor without having to travel anywhere, and we do weekly video visits. She referred a case manager for me, and I haven't met her yet, but I feel like she is going to be the perfect fit for me and help me achieve some goals. I would highly recommend Healthcare Affiliates of Maine to anybody in need of their services. Chef's kiss 🤌

tried getting help for my daughter and have gotten nowhere. She was told they sent a referral and she would hear something in a week. Two weeks later and she had heard nothing, so she called again. She was told that the the place they sent the referral was not taking any new patients and they would send another. Its been two weeks and she hasn't heard from anyone. she has left messages at Health Affiliates and has not heard back. I'm glad she is not in a full on crisis!

I don't know much about this organization as a whole, but they sent me one case worker who was not a good fit for me, and then asked me a lot of questions as to what kind of person I was looking for, then sent me the most wonderful, competent, knowledgeable person I could ever hope to find.

very very rude staff, tried to call to get an appointment w them for my child and they wouldn’t listen to the information I was trying to relay to them and this ill tempered man hung up on me. I returned the call back hopefully to work out the situation and the other phone secretary was just as rude…. Kinda hard to help people when their staff is so negative and completely belligerent and called me a liar when I tried to report her coworkers behavior…. I would highly recommend NOT use this place! The young lady who answered my complaint simply said that if I wasn’t happy go elsewhere so CLEARLY they don’t need any customers! WHAT THEY NEED IS TO HAVE SOME MANNERS AND TRAINING! If this is how they run a business god help them and the poor people who have to deal w them but they don’t have good reviews anyway, i see I’m not the only one 😒

I love them, Ive experienced two of their case managers; kolby southwick, and Annie Dolan..they were amazing and helped change my life! I also have a psychiatric nurse practitioner through them, and I couldn't imagine how my life would've been without this amazing group of people. I highly recommend them!

I was scheduled for my second appointment for telehealth this evening and never received a call. I called to see what was going on and it was an after hours service unable to provide any answers. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them. Seek help elsewhere
