The greenhouse setting - filled with gorgeous art - is an amazingly wonderful place to practice yoga. But honestly, it's Kari and Jordan that make this place the true gem that it is. The wisdom and humor they bring to each and every class ... it's a highlight of my week ... always and inevitably leaving me feeling light and bright!

These classes are great for beginners to seasoned yogis alike. The slow pace means that you can go deep into poses, and even deeper into oneself!

Kari and Jordan are the embodiment of compassion and love. They are both very intuitive and offer the wealth of their knowledge and skills in a relaxed and nourishing environment . If you haven't had the pleasure of attending a class or one of Kari's Sound Baths, make it your highest priority! In these heavy energetic times, your body, mind and heart will instantly recognize this oasis as a healing experience .

If you want a beautiful yoga class from beautiful people, then this is your place! Jordan and Kari are both exceptional teachers and awesome human beings who radiate loving, healing energy. Since I live out of state, I connect with them on Zoom but I would one day love to experience an in person class in their greenhouse. "Amazing" is my best word for them!

Kari and Jordan’s green house studio is a sanctuary for the soul. It is a place and they are people who serve to deepen and nourish real presence in the lives of those they teach. Kari’s classes are skillfully and beautifully offered, giving her students the chance to be fully in the heart and the body, a place where time and the ho-humness of your days will fall away, so that you can just be as you are. I’ve been enjoying yoga sessions with Kari for several years, however when I broke my hip a year ago her yoga classes helped me immensely to return to “normal”. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming manner so much, if you are looking for a great experience while your body maintains flexibility and well being you must come to the green house and practice with Kari. Teton Valley is blessed to have her.

I'm finding it hard to write a review of what happens at Greenhouse Yoga & Energy Arts because it is simply beyond language. How to describe it? I can't. But I can say it is always transformative, moving, shifting, releasing, aligning, inexplicable, deeply nourishing, deeply healing. In short, it is a place of magic and mystery, as any healing center should be. Kari & Jordan are gifted practitioners of energy yoga, qigong, sound bathing, and numerous energetic modalities.
