I have been working with Gorge HR for several years now and am 100% confident on turning over my HR issues to them. We have used Gabi and her team for recruiting, creation of handbook policies, performance reviews, terminations, exit interviews and all the assorted personnel issues that pop up. They are incredibly flexible - we have used them for recruiting a position from start to finish, to just doing the interviews or even just doing reference checks. Gabi is also very easy to work with, excels in defusing any HR situation as emotions can often run high, and is a resource I now rely on, on a regular basis.
