I just called to get more information and the lady that answered the phone was very cold, not friendly nor did she answer my questions. I called and immediately identified myself, identified the success story of my friend the referer, explained my husband's injury and asked if that sounded like something they could treat. She didn't answer that question but asked which Dr we wanted to see. I wasn't sure which one my friend referred but we got to who it must have been because only one does the procedure I was told about. Then I asked again, explaining we would have to take a day off work and it would be a 4 hour drive round trip. She merely said I could schedule a consultation. I asked then if it seemed like it would be a good fit would we be able to do the treatment while we were there or would we have to come back? A. Why did I have to drag the information out. I was so excited to maybe have the chance to do something holistically but now I am thinking of looking for other holistic treatments elsewhere. What has become of good customer service? I hope the call was recorded so the office can review it. I went from barely waiting for them to open to call to find out more to so frustrated with how I was treated.

Very impressed with his knowledge, his continued education, his equipment and he has a great personality which helps the experience. I have used somewhere around 20 chiropractors in my life, battling with chronic issues from work and horse related injuries and Dr Harper is a top pick. Orofino is lucky to have him.
We will definitely be using Dr Harper for our needs.

I received ozone treatments in my shoulder for damaged rotator cuff and bursitis. For two months prior to visiting, I tried recovering on my own with no success. The inflammation would NOT die down. With my first injection, the inflammation was controlled. Within three months of seeing harper and receiving ozone treatments, my shoulder had recovered enough to resume activity. It wasn't a perfect full healing, but it sure beats surgery! I am an active 35 year old who works out, plays volleyball and trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I was having migraines & lower back pain. A friend suggested I go to Dr Harper in Orofino, ID. Dr Harper is amazing & caring! It’s a year later andI’m feeling so, so much better on both accounts! The ozone shots and advice on health issues has been a real turn around for the good for me! My daughter is now seeing him for health issues she’s dealing with! Plus ozone has no side affects! Awesome!!!

The receptionist wasn't helpful on the phone. I tried to find out what services the Dr. provided and she was unable to tell me without me making a consultation appointment which would cost 265.00. If you are selling a product or service you should be able to communicate which ones are available before I would need to pay such a large fee. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis on the phone, simply inquiring as to what type of allergy testing service he rendered. Needless to say they weren't helpful.
