Had our car fixed there and they were unable to get the front bumper to stay on correctly. Almost as if they used the old clips and did not replace the under hardware. Constantly trying to get in contact with them to get them to put on the new bumper that they said they have already ordered from Lexus and have received no response back . The headlights they put in are crooked and the passenger side is flickering that they claim is new. Hasn’t even been six months since of repair and the paint is chipping on the front clip they replaced.. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reputable dealer and somebody that is willing to take care of their faulty workmanship. Don’t believe the misleading 4.9 star review; definitely misleading!!!!!

David(owner) was very accommodating with scheduling the service. Car had deep scratches and a dent and he made it look like new! Very good quality , professional and personable. Cost was very reasonable compared to other body shops; great value. Highly recommend Fix-A-Dent for any cosmetic fixes!

David and Melissa were terrific to work with. I had a scratch on a brand new vehicle from the dealership. I called them on a Monday and was taken in the same day. The scratch was fairly deep and they were able to get it corrected and looking brand new. Highly recommend.

These folks are lifesavers. Had a nasty dent from a falling object (the falling object was me), and I was leaving town in two days. Melissa actually answered the phone on Sunday and set me up with an appointment the next morning. David and his crew completed the repair, which was not a small one, in a matter of hours using PDR, and I was able to make my trip the following day. Their fix was flawless; and, not only that, they saved me time and money as compared to conventional body work.

Super amazing people. David and Melissa did so much to go out of their way to ensure that everything was wonderful. We took 3 cars to them (bad hail storm) and they all came out lovely. I was referred to them by a person who is honest. His grocery cart got away from him and hit my wife's car. He left a note and stood behind paying for it. After visiting my "go-to" body shop, he recommended taking the car to Fix A Dent. My first reaction was "What" Thankfully, I discovered a great source to handle dents that are a part of daily life.
Melissa and David are good people to work with. The only downside is their success. It takes time to get scheduled because they are SO busy. I can see why. I am very particular about my cars and expect value for what I spend. I maintain them myself and have kept them an average of 17 years each over the past 50 years. Our 6 year-old car looks like new again. I highly recommend Melissa and David at Fix A Dent.

Follow-up on my earlier review.

I did take my 16 year-old car to Fix-A-Dent, as planned after the great work they did on our 6 year-old car.

The many years of dents my auto accumulated were really getting to me. This auto is the perfect car for me and a new car is out of the question. Nor is there one in this condition on the market at the price I would get for mine. If I could just get the dents removed, then it would be new again.

The two pictures were taken today. Each auto was riddled with dents down the side. Didn't matter how far we parked out when parking at a business. There is always that one moron that has to park right up against our car and slam their door into our car.

Melissa and David at Fix-A-Dent saved me from the "new car temptation". Saved me many $thousands.

Called about some hail damage to my vehicle. They were able to get me in the same day and provide an immediate quote. Quote was competitive and very reasonable. They called me when the vehicle was finished and delivered it back to my house for me, where I was able to pay with my credit card. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
