Espi Bagwell and Associates went all out on selling our home. Espi staged it beautifully from her store of furniture. She added a chandelier at her own expense. She had her staff of movers there as well as a painter to make some touch-ups. She recommended that I trim our oak away from the house, among other things. From what I have been told, EB and Associates stages homes more thoroughly than most other firms do, and I believe it.
Espi's partner Amanda O'Dell was effective in drawing up the paperwork. They chose Design Escrows, an efficient but reasonable escrow firm.
We received $25,000 more than asking price, despite selling in "shoulder season" for real-estate.
They are a first-rate firm.

I had just spoken with Espi Bagwell regarding a home we are considering purchasing, we needed some advice and she steered us in the right direction. As I reflected on our conversation, I thought of all the years that I have known her and the positive impact that she has had on my life.
I first met her in 1999 when I was planning on selling my home in Monrovia. I started the process of interviewing agents in the area and of all those that I met, she clearly stood out. I shared the reason I was selling my home with all and with the other agents, I might as well have been talking to car salespersons. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but Espi took the time to get to know me and the circumstances that led to me this decision.
