I can't say enough great things about Enjoy Wellness in Midtown! Being right in the heart of Manhattan, just steps from my office, made it super accessible for my busy schedule, and their online scheduling system made booking appointments a breeze.

Dr. Kim and the team at Enjoy Wellness took the time to thoroughly evaluate my injuries and created a personalized treatment plan combining physical therapy, acupuncture, and therapeutic massage. I recently had a wrist sprain injury from surfing, and the PT exercises they taught me specifically targeted stretching and strengthening, while the acupuncture sessions provided incredible pain relief.

What sets Enjoy Wellness apart is their integrated approach - having all these services under one roof in Midtown meant I didn't have to run around the city coordinating between different providers. The staff is professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about helping patients recover. After 6 weeks of treatment, once a week, I am definitely feeling an improvement.

The office is clean and modern, there's never a long wait, and they're great about working with insurance. Whether you're dealing with sports injuries or chronic pain, I highly recommend giving Enjoy Wellness a try. They've definitely earned a long-term patient in me!

I really enjoyed my first acupuncture experience with Dr. David Kim. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to come in the same day. When I got there Dr. Kim was very welcoming, he explained a bit of Chinese medicine and listened to the issues that I was having. Then he proceeded to apply the acupuncture needles very gently. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been doing physical therapy at Enjoy Wellness for several months for chronic back and foot pain. There is a whole team that works on you for a single price or single co-pay if you have insurance. Every 1 hour visit includes physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture. All skilled, courteous, friendly professionals. The facility is clean and well equipped. They handle insurance claims for you. The staff is relaxed, efficient and accommodating. I’ve never had to wait around and always leave feeling better. Very glad I found them.

After each session, I get clear guidance on what exercises/stretches I should focus on at my own time. I get 1:1 focused care at every session, and the facility is always kept very clean. I have worked with Dr. Baron Kim before and after an ACL reconstruction surgery. As a non-athlete, this injury and surgery was incredibly difficult for me both physically and mentally, particularly during the first 6 weeks after surgery. Dr. Kim has been very upbeat and easy to work with which makes me enjoy coming to my physical therapy sessions. He has been honest about my progress, but has never lost his optimism that my leg can continue to improve and get as close to 100% as possible. He listens to my needs and wants for my progress and checks in with me often. He provides weekly exercises for me to work on and is flexible with scheduling. We always chat a lot during my appointments which allows a nice distraction for any discomfort or pain I might be feeling. Plus, everyone in the office is very friendly. Overall, I have had a great experience at Enjoy Wellness and would highly recommend them.

The office staff was really friendly. The first visit included a consultation, some massaging of muscles to help with knee and wrist pain, and going through a set of exercises. Dr. Kim was thorough, asked a lot of questions, and I didn't feel rushed. I feel positive about the recommendations he made and starting the exercises.

I'm giving four stars because Zocdoc said the office was in-network for my insurance, but it's not. I figured this was Zocdoc's mistake, but the Enjoy Wellness website also says it accepts my plan (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield), and I was informed that the appointment that they do not. It didn't end up mattering for me because I have a high deductible plan, but I think the website should be updated with accurate information, or they should have called ahead to let me know.
