Allison is an absolute life saver. Having to commute to an office 5 days a week made things incredibly difficult for me in terms of having the energy and motivation to eat healthy. The last thing I wanted to do when I got home was start to cook so I would just pick up fast food most of the time for dinner.

A friend of mine recommended that I reach out to Allison so I did and she was extremely responsive and was able to set up video call sessions with me that worked around my schedule which was a huge relief. Her ability to build a natural rapport and the speed she did it made me feel like I’ve known her for years and I immediately trusted her. I was able to open up to her and give her an honest goal of mine which was to eat healthier and just have a healthier lifestyle in general.

Allison has an amazing balance of being supportive and keeping you accountable at the same time. She’s extremely precise in sharing what needs to be done in order to accomplish your goals and her follow through is just as strong (she would send me a recap of everything we discussed in our sessions and include recommendations every week). The more we met, the more excited I’d get leading up to the next session so I could share the progress I’ve made.

After working with Allison, I can happily and proudly say that I was able to hit my goal of not only eating healthier, but I was able to lose 15 pounds in the process and now I feel so much better about myself in so many different ways.

I truly couldn’t have done it without the help of Allison. YOU’RE THE BEST!!!
