Received a notice that they had a glitch in their system and they weren't collecting deductions out of my pay for a small life policy going on two years. After their internal audit, they sent me the bill for the past premiums.

On a phone conversation I was told I should be monitoring what gets deducted and felt like they were blaming me for their screw up. Not to mention no response to my inquiry for months when requesting more information on the policy. We ended up settling but its just the lack of company responsibility for their mistakes that irked me.
Luckily it was a small sum of money couldn't imagine if it was $1k+.
