Emily is an incredible yoga teacher. She taught at a retreat in Ibiza I went to recently and I honestly loved her yoga. She tailored each of the sessions to the energy of all us each time. For instance one day we had all had a very emotional day and she then guided such an amazing practice for us. I couldn’t recommend her yoga enough! She also did a reiki session for me, and it was incredible. She provided me with so much clarity with the messages she received. It was EXACTLY what I needed! She is an absolute gem at what she does! 🧡

Emily is really talented at teaching yoga, but the classes we did on Alex Myttons retreat in Ibiza were more than just great yoga, her choice of music, openness of spirit and really caring earth mother vibes made me feel really centred, gave me space for my intuition to come through. Emily helped to shift some heavy energy that was lingering via a bad breakup. I hadn’t been feeling myself in a while and had no connection to my natural essence and due to this reiki session I was able to tap into my energy again and reclaim my power, we shifted so much heaviness and I was feeling extremely disempowered prior to this healing and now I am full of gratitude and empowerment. My first reiki session with Emily blew my mind and totally exceeded my expectations. I’d never had reiki before but after just one session I really feel like a shift has happened. It was magical having reiki with Emily. It was the most powerful it has been since she did her reiki 3 training. There was so much going on in my crown and third eye and I could feel the waves of energy so strongly in these areas from her hands while a lot was coming through for her. She was writing notes of what came through as there was so much, some of it we needed to Google what it meant afterwards! I usually find reiki to be for relaxing me and trusting Emily to clear whatever needs to be cleared, but this time also having some messages from my guides and angels was really nice to get these messages through so clearly.
