I've purchased Earthley products online and love them. When I found out there was retail store, I drove 2.5 hrs to check it out. It was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & AMAZING! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed. I wanted to buy everything ❤️

Just received my order so will not comment on them yet but wanted to say how impressed I am with their customer service!! Firstly, I ordered and it says it wouldn’t ship for 3-4 days and then another 7 for shipping but I needed the product for a trip. I emailed them and the next morning received a response that they would send my request to shipping. My order shipped the next day and i received it today!!! Secondly, when opening my package the lid of the Pest-aside had came off and in the heat melted and leaked. I immediately opened a chat and within minutes had a partial credit. I hope the products are as great as the customer service!!! kudos to Em (chat) and Brooke (email)

I love their products! I’ve been using the good night lotion every night for my children and I for around a month now. The texture is very smooth and absorbs fast so you’re not stuck with a sticky feeling. I believe this is a business that refuses to sell out and provides us with the best possible ingredients for our families. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely love Earthley! Have tried many products and have loved them all. As a mom, having products that are safe for the whole family is important, and Earthley delivers on that! I also appreciate there are products that are safe while nursing. Our Earthley products have gotten us through the sickness this winter and the good night lotion has helped me and my daughter during times sleep has been more difficult. I cannot say enough good things about Earthley!

I highly suggest Earthley as the first stop in replacing items from the medicine cabinet. We have used these products for years now and have effectively replaced our former OTC options with cleaner, safer, longer lasting, and more affordable tinctures. Aside from the products being top notch, the infrastructure continuously improves. The website has become much more user friendly and shipping windows have improved vastly. Overall it is a company I feel good about supporting.

For the last 2 years, I have been a long time customer and tell everyone about how wonderful these products are. I am obsessed. However, I ordered last week, and still have not received my order yet. That’s 8 days ago. Then I get an email that my subscription has been processed on Wednesday, even though I ordered last Wednesday. I messaged them, and they said yes it’s been processed but it’s not shipped yet. It will be shipped soon. I waited a few days, nothing happened, so I messaged them again. They said the same thing, should be shipping soon. I ordered the product 8 days ago, and still haven’t received an email regarding my subscription. I messaged them again and they said it’s shipping the same day as it’s processed. That was 2 days ago. But I ordered on 2/5!! I have been begging this company for a subscription service and was thrilled to hear they finally added one. I understand there’s probably kinks to work out with it. But the fact is, I placed my order last week on 2/5, and it wasn’t “processed” till 2/12, yet it still hasn’t shipped yet. I desperately need my product and don’t have it. The customer service is prompt, but offered me nothing except “it’s coming”, “it’s shipped.” I’ve been a customer for years and I just basically have to keep waiting. I had also reached out to them within those 3 times, including yesterday, to ask why it’s only an 8% off for being a subscriber. For the price of the product, and the shipping cost, it’s only $3 off. I’m disappointed. Still waiting. No email. After 2 years of being a loyal customer, and recommending them to everyone, I feel ignored.
Facts are;
I ordered on 2/5.
“Processed” on 2/12.
“Shipping takes 4-10 days.”
This could be a total of 14 days to wait for my order.
The whole point of a subscription is to save money, and time. The whole point of a company is the customer is always right. I have spoken to many people and no one said sorry, and no one has helped me with any money off, or credit.
Update-Got it in the mail today. 16 days it took. That is unacceptable.
