I called 5 times for photos that were promised and never got the photos to my phone number or to my email . Also my dog has glaucoma and over 5 days of being boarded his eye went to clear to his lens coming off and his pressure to 98 lbs . I’m pretty sure he didn’t get his glaucoma drops since there was such a drastic change in pressure and now is blind. 🙁 the only reason it’s 2 stars is because they were able to get him boarded when my other place canceled last min due to he is on seizure meds. Also he was supposed to get a bath but didn’t and was filthy

As first-time cat parents with no prior experience with cats, my husband and I were very careful in choosing a veterinary clinic. Thankfully, Dr. Laurie Kim was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly and patiently explain everything to us. Every staff member was friendly, and the overall experience at the clinic was smooth and hassle-free. What stood out the most, though, was how obsessed Benji was with Churu! It was both hilarious and unforgettable watching him focus entirely on the treat, completely ignoring any stress or fear. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kim.

Dr. Bouloy and his tech Dakota are awesome! I always appreciate their patience with my pets and my kids when we come in. The front team is always kind and helpful making check in and check out a breeze. I always leave feeling like all my questions were answered and that my pets received the highest quality of care. We have been taking our 3 dogs to Cypress Creek Pet Care for about 2 1/2 years and are really pleased with the care they receive. Dr. Kim is so friendly and informative, and she always takes time to answer our questions and make recommendations. I love how she interacts with our pups during her examination to make them comfortable before giving a vaccine. I feel like we are giving our four-legged children the best care possible at CCPC. Highly recommend!

The Cypress Creek team is amazing! They take such good care of my Rusty and are so thorough as he’s battling malignant melanoma. They are on top of his labs and X-rays and screen him for lesions with such great care and precision. They partner with his oncologist like they are all one team. He’s a lucky do to have such caring and competent veterinary clinicians.

Dr. Laurie Kim is amazing. Our standard poodle fell ill and her health was mysteriously and rapidly declining. Dr Kim saw us quickly and proceeded to test her for several typical illnesses. However, her experience led her to focus on an uncommon disease that is fairly prevalent with our dog's breed. Dr. Kim was communicating with us on a daily basis as we followed her instructions to changed dosages and check back in with her. Long story short, our dog went from death's door to her spunky self by the end of the first week.
I can't say enough kind words about Dr. Kim other than to say, it is beyond obvious that she loves what she does, she puts the animal's health ahead of anything else and she is the most amazing Veterinarian I've ever met.

Cypress Creek Pet Care has been where we go for generations of dogs. We always get excellent care both routine and more urgent. Sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment, but the staff are personable and informative. We come back here again and again for a reason.
