Randy was very professional, knowledgeable and is in the process of helping us get a current diagnosis. As for the 2nd hour Sara is absolutely amazing! I am really hoping that my daughter continues with her for therapy as she is very intelligent, professional, and I feel my daughter can get the help she needs with Sara’s assistance.

My experience at cultivation has seriously been the best. I’ve gone other places in the past, I’ve been going here for several months and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Ashley in reception is ON IT! She is always so helpful and cheerful, she makes you feel at home every time and I can count on her for any problems I’m having with scheduling or communication.. even down to bugging for coffee tables in all the offices so people are comfortable! She’s the office mom that every business needs.

Chris is awesome. He is easy to talk to and my appointments with him help provide the consistency I was needing with working on things. I don’t know if he has it listed in his special areas for providing counseling but he is definitely LGBT friendly. He’s just a great person. Always ready to listen and help work things out no matter what the topic of the day is. I have never felt like there isn’t anything to talk about, only wishing I could get three hours with him every week!

Randy is an acquired flavor for his style of conversation, maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but he has gone above and beyond at every turn as far as diagnosing and medication is concerned. He is very straight forward and takes care of things quickly. He has called me back on off hours and rewritten prescriptions on the weekend so I don’t run out of meds. I appreciate having him.

Excellent customer service! I feel like a family member. I was in a very bad car accident and terrified to even be a passenger in a car. I was having trouble finding a counselor that even had openings. One place had me on a waiting list for new patient openings...I was number 62! Ashley got me scheduled immediately, walked me through the process and sent me the links to do everything online. They have later appointments that work with my work schedule. Chris is so easy to talk to. I feel listened to. I am so glad I found this place... Or rather my aunt did. Great job Cultivation Counseling in Hayden!

Was so impressed with the service Ashley provided right from the start. I reached out online to inquire about a counselor for my daughter, and within an hour of submitting my inquiry Ashley called and walked me through all the steps and options they had. The availability they had was also very flexible and I was relieved they had availability that worked with our schedule. I loved that Ashley remembered my daughter's favorite drink, and had it ready when we came to our following appointment. Our therapist Chris has also been really great to work with and my daughter enjoys going to our sessions. Very pleased with the service all around and thankful we were able find this facility.
