I've been going to Cress Creek Counseling for over a year now, and I can't recommend it enough. Trevor, my therapist, is absolutely fantastic! He really listens and remembers the details of my life, which makes me feel heard and understood. Every session, I leave with something valuable — whether it's a new skill, insight, or goal — that helps me grow and manage life better. I initially picked Trevor because of his expertise in OCD, anxiety, and religious trauma, and he has truly excelled in those areas and more.

What I really appreciate is how Trevor makes sure his clients are comfortable. Whether it's the office layout or having tissues readily available, he’s thoughtful and makes every effort to ensure a positive experience. He’s also the owner, and he’s very open to feedback. I’ve seen him take action on suggestions quickly, and it's clear he’s passionate about helping the community. He’s expanded his services, which I think shows how dedicated he is to helping others.

I also see Rosemary for medication management. She's knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely cares about finding the right medication fit for me. Her enthusiasm for learning and her attention to detail really stand out. Donna, Rosemary’s medical assistant, is wonderful too — she’s easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease during appointments, especially when it comes to taking vitals and blood work.

Mandy at the reception desk is another gem! She always greets me and remembers who my therapist is, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. She’s such a bright, positive presence when I walk into the office.

If you’re considering therapy, whether you’re new or have been seeing a therapist for years, I highly recommend Cress Creek Counseling. They offer a fantastic and supportive environment to help you on your journey!

Do not use their med management. They are unreliable to get ahold of and will not communicate throughly or share your test results immediately. Also to get new medications supplied if you’re okay waiting a week with no reason and then having backlash from your therapist, then I’d recommend them. Otherwise seek treatment elsewhere. Caring, reliable, or promptly addressing issues are not adjectives I would use to describe this counseling office.

Rosemary Brown has been my psychiatrist since I was 12 years old, and I have never once considered another. She listens to issues and actually takes your opinion into account when it comes to managing treatment.

I was nervous to get counseling until I stepped through the door, the atmosphere in there was like a breath of fresh air, not only are they kind but they do their best to make you comfortable so you can be yourself and seek the help you need. If you're thinking about getting counseling, gives these guys a try, they're amazing!
